Those of you who don't know what is VMware Virtual Machine, VMware is an Application that can run different OS On your Host Operating System.
Download VMware from Its Official Site.
You can download for Linux and Windows Operating System.

Step 1 :
First Install VMware Virtual Machine Setup on Your Host
Visit ubuntu.com and go to Download Option, Click to Ubuntu Desktop

You can see Ubuntu 18.4 LTS
Step 2 :
Open Your VMware App On Your Computer.
Click on Files and Create a new Virtual Machine.
Select Typical(recommended) then click the next button.
Select the Installer disc image file from your computer.
Guest Operating System is Linux.
next window you will asked to user name, password, you can fill it.
Enter Virtual Machine Name and Select Virtual Hard Disc Size.
Click on Finish Button.
Step 3 :
Now you can see that Ubuntu 18.4 LTS Installation has been started.
choose Language English
Next Step Choose Your Keyboard Layout.
In the Step, It asks what would you like to install to start with.
I will choose the Normal Installation.
Choose this Option also -Install Third-Party Software for Graphics and Wi-Fi hardware.
In the Next Step, You Will See Erase Disk and Install Ubuntu, You will Leave Default Now. Don't worry it's not going to Erase anything Your System Disc.
In Next Step, It will Ask write the changes to this, click Continue.
In Next step Location. Set Default Location and Continue.
In Next Step It Will ask Username, Password fill it and Continue.
