How to flash Custom Recovery with PC

First, make sure your device Bootloader is Unlocked. Link
Download TWRP Custom Recovery from its official site.
Download ADB and Fastboot Driver and Tool.

Now the following stuff that you must prepare:

PC or Laptop
USB Cable
ADB and Fastboot Driver already installed on PC. For Download Tool go to Google.
Extract ADB and Fastboot Tool.

Enter Bootloader Mode

For enter Bootloader Mode Press Pwer+Volume down button.
Connect Device to Pc.

Extract ADB and Fastboot

Go to Extracted ADB and Fastboot Driver Tool Folder.
Find Fastboot exe.
Copy TWRP_Recovery.img to Extracted folder.
Right-click to Fastboot.exe and select run as administrator.

Open Cmd terminal to windows

Now Cmd terminal open to window.
